The Global Shapers Community is a network of hubs developed and led by young people who are exceptional in their potential, their achievements, and their drive to make a contribution to their communities. Global Shapers must be between 20 and 30 years of age; they must exhibit leadership potential in their field of expertise, areas of which include: journalism, politics, law, the corporate sector, the nonprofit sector or the public service. They must also have an entrepreneurial track record of having already initiated and delivered a major project or founded a company or organization that contributes to serving society at large. As well, they must be highly committed to developing their leadership potential towards serving society.
